Philosophy
My philosophy about food aligns very strongly with the values of the organization “Slow Food”, which is that food should be good, clean, and fair for all. What this means is that food should be quality, flavorsome, and healthy, its production should not harm the environment, and it should be available at accessible prices for consumers and fair conditions and pay for producers.
Cooking, on the other hand, is an art form. I like to think of cooking as being like music, where the flavors are like notes and each dish is composed of a harmonious collection of notes and chords of flavor, texture, and appearance. |
